Ali Woods has been a loyal employee of State Farm for over 20 years and enjoys providing customer care with genuine concern for her customers.

A graduate of Summerville High School, Ali and her daughter Hannah are residents of Crowfield Plantation, and they enjoy all the Lowcountry cuisine Charleston has to offer. They volunteer at Meals on Wheels, Carolina Boxer Rescue, Second Chance Thrift Store, and the Coastal Center, which offers disability services and support.

Ali loves camping and gardening, and waterfall chasing is her passion. You can be sure to count on Ali for all your insurance needs, including campers, ATV’s, boats, and life insurance.

While earning her Business Management and Marketing Degrees, Jessica Zelten began working in the Insurance Industry in 2008. Helping others and finding options for customers is what motivates her the most. Explaining to customers on their coverages while saving them money is very important to her. Being raised on Charleston AFB she was taught the meaning of hard work and saving money, so she is compassionate to customer’s needs.

Jessica has been an active volunteer in her community with organizations such as MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital, The American Red Cross, Charleston Animal Society, local food banks, and women’s shelters. When not working, Jessica, also known as GiGi, spends time with her three grandchildren Crew, Nash, and Harper. The toddlers have a toy cell phone, and answer, “Hello, State Farm!”

Jessica resides with her husband Eric and their lab mix Linux. You can spot them on the weekends at any restaurant in Park Circle, the beaches, local concerts, or an oyster festival.

Vanessa Real-Correa, graduated from Stratford High School in 2022. Since then, she has been an employee of Tammy McCutcheon State Farm, Agent. Born to Mexican immigrants, Vanessa is bilingual and has a photographic memory. Vanessa is our auto expert and is great at explaining coverages to make it simple and easy to understand. Customers love Vanessa’s upbeat spirit and willingness to listen and help.

Vanessa loves kittens and helps rescue cats for No Kill Animal shelters with her three sisters Leslie, Azul, and Alisia. Vanessa enjoys cooking and her specialty is Tinga, a chicken with chipotle sauce meal- Yummy! Jackie Lopez-Noguera has been in the insurance industry for over 16 years as a personal lines agent. As a personal lines agent, Jackie focuses on providing home, auto, and renters insurance for her customers. She is bilingual and loves to help people in the Spanish community with their insurance needs. Jackie and her three children moved to Charleston over 10 years ago from Miami, Florida. They enjoy the beach, movies, and touring downtown Charleston. Favorite foods are pizza and ice cream.
